Returning a Tag From a Tagged Fish

Tag return information is vital to this project.  If you catch a spiny and remove the tag please fill out the Tag Return Form (click on the italics) as completely as possible and return with the tag attached.  While we would like to have the exact measurements and location, we understand that this information is not always available.  We do require an approximation (ex:  7mi SE of Cape Hatteras, NC;  approx. 79cm total length.)

 
I do need the form filled out as completely as possible in order to send you the reward.
